Denis Gachet
The founder of Mauritius Residence Permit Investments was born to Mauritian parents in 1964 in the village of Rosehill in Mauritius. At the age of 5, his parents immigrated to South Africa. He has been schooled in SA, done 2 years military training in Phalaborwa with South African Defence Force.
Lived and paid his taxes in SA all his life. He has visited Mauritius on many occasions as a returning tourist and has an extended knowledge of the island, its people and its cultures. A large part of his extended family lives and work on the island. He has both South African and Mauritian Nationalities and converses in either, English, French, Afrikaans or Creole.
He has always been involved in property game, in one way or another, his entire adult life. His aim is to finally retire in Mauritius some 10 years from now, but in the interim his life is shared between SA and Mauritius, in which both countries he has residences.
He is now selling real estate in Mauritian, government approved, Property Development Schemes scattered around the island, specifically to South Africans and their families wanting to gain residency permits in Mauritius with the view of obtaining permanent residency and finally Mauritian citizenship over time.
