Our founder, Denis Gachet, invites any potential high net worth clients to meet with him to discuss and inform them about Mauritian cultures, way of life, residency permit options and regulations with a view of discussing the legislation and processes and a general overview of Mauritius as a whole, through his personal knowledge, interactions and experiences of living both in South Africa and Mauritius.
Fact Finding
We are able to arrange accommodation and trips to the Island, to view the various projects on offer as well as personally interacting with the promoters and other interested parties. We either have representatives and relatives on the Island that will take you through the entire fact finding mission through to the procuring the property that will meet your specific requirements or I will personally accompany you to the Island, for that comfortable and familiar personal interaction throughout the whole process.

We are mandated by Mauritian Property Promoters, commonly known in South Africa as property developers, to procure high-net-worth clients interested in acquiring freehold property in Mauritian Government approved Property Development Scheme’s (PDS), thereby giving you and your family, Mauritian residency status, which eventually leads to permanent residency and ultimately ends with Mauritian Citizenship, over time.

There are various visas’ that allow visitors to gain entry into Mauritius, here’s what we provide:
For Property Investors
A high net worth individual (HNW) is required to purchase freehold real estate, in government approved, Property Development Schemes (PDS) where the purchase price is equal to a minimum of USD 375 000.00, or equivalent in othercurrencis. This will afford their family residency permits, including for their children to the age of 24, as well as the parents of the family. Relatives to be financially dependent on the investor. The permit is attached to the property purchased, until the property is sold. The same parameters apply should the purchaser sell the property and buy another property in a PDS scheme. After 3 years as residency in Mauritius, permanent residency may be applied for and once approved and after a further 2 years, the successful permanent residents may apply for Mauritian citizenship to the Office of The Prime Minister and once approved, become fully fledged Mauritian Citizens.
For Retirement
A retiree needs to be at least 50 years old, to obtain an initial 10 year renewable residency permit,
which allows one to reside in Mauritius with his/her spouse and children under the age of 24.. The
retiree needs to invest a sum of USD54 000.00 per 3 year cycle, or equivalent of USD 1500 per
month. The retiree is allowed to purchase property in the ground plus two, category. This means
that retirees can only buy real estate in developments that are at least two story’s above the ground
floor and to a minimum value of Rs 6 million (MUR). The retiree may own a business but not
permitted to be employed or manage the business, derive any salary or employment benefits from the business.
